If you start to accumulate chrome headlights after replacing them with clear ones, one good use I've found for them are SPEAKER GRILLS! That's right fellow modelers, speaker grills.

Just file them as flat as possible without losing the outer rim of the headlight, paint them your favorite brand of Semi-Flat black or you can lay a heavy wash of thinned out flat black for a "chrome grill look" and last but not least, don't forget those snappy little photo-etched screws to really make them look convincing...works for me!
